Established in 2020, O’sea Lavender Farm specializes in the cultivation of various flowers, plants, and medicinal herbs and gourds for the purpose of producing natural products and cosmetics, such as; essential oils, loofah soaps, honey, edible flowers, and more!  

Located in St. Thomas de Kent, New Brunswick just 30 minutes from Moncton and 10 minutes from Bouctouche, O’Sea sits on over 20 acres of gorgeous seaside farmland. The vision for the farm is led by Cocagne local Jennifer Horsman, whose family have lived in the region for generations.  Katy joined the farm in 2021 and has been a remarkable addition ever since. As a mother of four and originally hailing from the Island, Katie brings a deep connection to the land and a unique perspective to our farming endeavors. She is the creative force behind the beautiful cut flower garden and the floral arrangements.
